Dear Parents,
We inform you that after-school activities will begin tomorrow, Sunday, September 29, 2024. Children, from Petite Section to CM2, will be looked after by supervisors between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. We kindly ask you to bring a meal in a lunch box.
At 1:30 p.m., the students will be accompanied to their activities by the speakers.
At the end of the activities, elementary students will be outside, as usual, in front of door B.
For kindergarten students, we ask that you pick them up from their classes at 2:30 p.m. Information regarding classes will be communicated to you by activity group.

We would like to inform you that the APS activities will begin tomorrow, Sunday, September 29, 2024. Children from PS to CM2 will be supervised by staff between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. We kindly ask you to prepare a packed meal for them.
At 1:30 PM, the students will be escorted to their activities by the instructors.
At the end of the activities, elementary students will be outside, as usual, in front of Gate B.
For preschool students, we request that you pick them up from their classrooms at 2:30 PM. Information regarding the classrooms will be communicated to you by activity groups.

I took up my post as principal two days ago, warmly welcomed by the chairman of the management committee who introduced me to the establishment on the eve of the start of the school year.
All departments have worked to ensure that this return to school is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for your children and to enable them to start a new school year in the best possible conditions.
My team and I will be listening to you to facilitate the integration of your children during this return to school which will be spread over two days, particularly for the youngest of our students.

As you know, EFIR has a health center made up of two nurses and a psychologist. The well-being of your children is our priority.
In order to ensure this mission is carried out in the best possible conditions, we would be grateful if you could complete and sign the emergency form that your child gave you.
This sheet must then be returned to the class's main teacher so that he can pass it on to us.

Dear Parents,
Please find below the class schedules starting tomorrow Wednesday September 4, 2023.
These hours are valid from Sunday to Thursday throughout the year.
- Kindergarten
The school is open from 7:35 a.m.
The reception of kindergarten students is done between 7:35 a.m.(gate opening time) and 7:50 a.m. in the classroom (time the kindergarten gate closes).
The school day ends at 12:57, authorized persons may enter from 12:45 p.m. to support their child in the classroom.
Only authorized persons may accompany kindergarten children.
- Elementary
The school is open from 7:15 a.m.
Reception in the supervised courtyard is from 7:15 a.m..
HAS 7:40 a.m., The students line up for the actual start of lessons at 7:45 a.m..
Parents of elementary school students are not allowed on school premises except by appointment with school staff.

September 18, 2024: Infirmary: Clarification regarding medical certificates
Dear Parents,
The health and well-being of all students and staff is a priority for all of us.
Sending a sick child to school not only jeopardizes their own recovery, but also puts other children and staff at increased risk of getting sick. Diseases can spread quickly in an environment, and we must take every preventative measure to limit their transmission.
We therefore ask everyone to keep their child at home if they have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, diarrhea, vomiting or any other sign of contagious illness. It is essential that your child stays home until they are fully recovered to prevent the spread of germs.
If your child has to be away for more than 48 hours due to a contagious disease, we thank you for sending us:
– an email to the Primary secretariat secret.primaire@efiriyad.com or to school life viescolaire@efiriyad.com
– a medical certificate, to be given to the infirmary, authorizing the return to school
We encourage you to consult a healthcare professional if your child has severe or persistent symptoms.
Together, by taking proactive steps, we can help maintain a healthy and safe learning environment for all.

Dear Parents,
Following the success of the 2023 edition of the Book Fair, the French pavilion of the Riyadh International Book Fair returns from Thursday, September 26 to Saturday, October 5, 2024!
On the program: a choice of 25,000 books to discover, from 118 publishers, for all ages, the presence of children's literature authors, workshops, free French lessons, cultural activities, etc.
Attached you will find the schedule and detailed information on the progress of the Show..
Several events are planned for our students so that they can enjoy this cultural event.
- Tuesday, October 1st, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. : Activity for CE2 students at EFIR with Mr. Marc Boutavant, illustrator and author of children's literature.
- Thursday, October 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. : Activity for 6th grade studentsth at the EFIR with Mr. Ralph Doumit, author and illustrator.

Counting on October 16, 2024 at 4:05 p.m. and followed by the publication of the results.
This election being 100% online, your email address has been filed with a bailiff who guarantees its non-disclosure and non-use for purposes other than those useful for the organization of the elections.
